Rooster Rojo Blanco Tequila - The cock is a well-known symbol of Mexico, which also gives this tequila its face. It is produced in the Fabrica de Tequila Finos distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. Exclusively blue ragweed is used for the Rooster Rojo Tequilas. The bottle shape is based on the Tequila Volcano, which can be seen from the distillery.
This Tequila is aged for a minimum of two months in French oak barrels to give it its a light oak colour. It has a slightly oaky, ripe fruit, cooked agave aroma. To taste you get vanilla, caramel and cooked agave. A silky, warm and rich finish, with medium length. Made from 100% blue agave.
