Refund & Return Policy

There are absolutely NO refunds or returns. All sales are final.

    For unshipped orders, a 10% restocking fee applies. For shipped orders, a 25% restocking fee applies. Once a shipping label is created the shipping fees are NON-refundable. If the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, we will deduct forty dollars ($40.00) from the refund for shipping and handling.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Visual evidence (photos) are required upon filing any claim to [email protected].

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
