The Midleton Irish Whiskey 2022 Vintage Release is an expertly-crafted combination of hand-selected single pot still and single grain Irish whiskeys aged between 12 and 33 years in lightly-charred ex-bourbon barrels.
Aromas of candied apple, nutmeg, white pepper, oranges, vanilla, toasted oak and hazelnut chocolate fill the nose, complemented by notes of caramelised apples, orange zest, rich cereals, peppery oak, crème brûlée and lively pot still spice throughout the palate.
FINISH: Rich and lasting finish in which the grain and pot still spices are the first to softly fade allowing the oak, after years of carefully maturing the spirit, to have the final say.
