I've noticed a few of the oak stave versions of some bourbons tend to have that harsh oak flavor (I know, obivious), but this one had good smooth flavors that didn't bite. As grandpa used to say: 'that's some goooood sippin' whiskey'

Not normally a Maker's Mark fan, but this release is delicious!

Called all my local store in Tampa and nobody had Makers RC6, so I decided to give you a try. So glad I did and now I will be enjoying this with my friends. Happy Holidays!
