Fresh Hawaiian sugarcane juice distilled into exceptionally flavorful rum. Each stalk of kō is hand cut, pressed into fresh sugarcane juice, fermented using a special yeast and distilled in a hand-made, copper alembic pot still. It is a slow, careful process which makes this rum delicious and flavorful and showcases the magnificence of the kō.
