The Kapena Hawaiian is made with the finest Los Altos grown Blue Weber Agave and infused with Hawaiian chili peppers resulting in a crisp, complex and spicy flavor.
It starts with 100% Los Altos Agave tequila aged in American oak barrels for 9 months. Next, it is infused with Hawaiian chili peppers. The Hawaiian chili pepper has a rich history in Hawaii and lends a flavorful, fruit-forward taste despite being quite hot: 50-100k SHU (Scoville Heat Units).
