Jefferson Small Batch Chefs Collaboration is made in collaboration with Chef Edward Lee of 610 Magnolia and Milkwood restaurants in Louisville. It is a unique blend of bourbon and rye whiskey for a nuanced flavor profile. Offering an assertive spice up front with a more delicate and well-rounded vanilla, caramel and citrus notes in the background. It pays homage to the spirits Jefferson distilled over two centuries ago.
