Bruxo Mezcal Edicion X Joven - This handcrafted Joven mezcal was made from an ensemble of Espadin and Barril Agave using traditional production methods. It has a delicate nose of citrus and floral notes with peanuts and jicama. On the palate, there are citrus peels, fruit, chamomile, mineral notes, and light honey.
Mezcal is actually the category that encompasses tequila. All mezcals are made from agave plants — tequila is made from one particular species, the blue agave, while smokier mezcals are made from one of the other 150 agave species native to Mexico.
