The Bardstown Bourbon Co.’s Collaborative Series celebrates our kindred spirits in the wine, beer, and spirits industries. We partner with our favorite producers to create exceptional expressions of their products aged in our richhouses for the best possible taste.
The latest addition to this innovative series was inspired by the creators of Goose Island Bourbon County Stout. The brewers took 12-year-old Kentucky Bourbon and finished it in Goose Island Bourbon County Stout Barrels for 13 months, creating decadent flavors of cocoa and baked cherry highlighted by vanilla cream.
