Hibki Blossom Harmony 2022 Limited Edition is produced from a rare selection of whiskies finished in sakura wood casks. They have been specifically blended with diverse grain and malt whiskies, matured for many seasons, creating this unique Hibiki.
This whisky is an amber colour in the glass with floral aromas, sakura, and fragrant olive. A smooth mouthfeel across the palate with expanding fragrance, French pear, acacia honey, and a refined sweetness suggesting sakura mochi. A long-lasting rich finish and a brilliant aftertaste.
