Hudson Baby Straight Bourbon is a 100% single grain New York corn aged in special small American Oak barrels. It is the first legal pot-distilled whiskey made in New York since prohibition. Made using 100% New York corn, the Tuthilltown folks mature the spirit in tiny 2 gallon barrels and treat it to some music.
